SETLL Groundbreaking

SETLL Groundbreaking September 19, 2000 marked the groundbreaking of the new Soil-Environment-Technology Learning Lab. About fifty people attended the event.
SETLL Groundbreaking Dr. Karen Mancl, Dr. Brian Slater, Dr. Bob Moser, Vice-President for Agriculture and Dean of the College of Food, Agricultural, and Environmental Sciences of The Ohio State Univeristy, and Dale Eicher of Ohio Environmental Protection Agency lean on their shovels as Ray Miller, the president of the Ohio Land Improvement Contractors Association President uses a backhoe provided by Holt Companies to breakground.
