A new library has been created by the Ohio Small Community Environmental Infrastructure Group.

Located at the office of the Operator Training Committee of Ohio, the library will provide a single point of access for engineers, planners and regulators with design information on wastewater and drinking water technologies appropriate for Ohio's small communities.

The library contains books and manuals on the design, operation and maintenance of small community systems.

    Located just east of Interstate 71 north of downtown Columbus. Take the Cooke Rd. exit 1 block east to Indianola Ave. Turn south, The OTCO Building is on the east side of Indianola Ave. with parking in both the front and rear of the building.

  • Ask for specific materials to be mailed to you. Send a prepaid mailer to the Operator Training Committee of Ohio with a list of the desired materials.
  • Call ahead to 614-268-6826 to reserve specific materials.

No fee is charged to borrow materials. Items checked out must be returned within one month. If lost or not returned borrower's will be billed for the replacement cost of the item.

Copy service is available at a local print shop is only a block away, so materials can be checked out for copying.

The Small Communities Infrastructure Library is supported by the Ohio Small Community Environmental Infrastructure Group. The library was assembled through the efforts of the Technology Transfer Committee:
